About Our Scandinavian Bakery

A Warm Welcome to Our Community

At SouthernScandi, we are passionate about sharing the gentle art of Scandinavian baking with our community. Our micro sourdough bakery uses only 100% organic ingredients, crafted with love and care to bring you authentic Nordic flavors mixed with American Classics, but made better. We believe in making flavorful baked goods, where tradition meets innovation, and every loaf is a piece of our Norther European heritage. Join us in celebrating the beauty of Scandinavian lifestyle through our baked goods and stories!

Pre-order or shop at our POP-up bakery

We bake to order - but you can always shop at the pop-up bakery

We mainly operate by bake-to-order and you can order as little as one loaf - or as many as you want!

When our pop-up bakery is open we advertise here, on Facebook and Instagram as well as locally. You do not need to pre-order to shop at the pop-up-bakery BUT we do sell out fast, so we still encourage you to order in advance if you are looking for a specific product. Seasonal flavors and new exciting things are always available at the pop-up bakery along fresh flowers, organically grown herbs and little gifts.

Come shop our baked goods, have some fresh coffee or Kombucha while you try our bread and pastries, or pickup a nice bouquet of flowers for a loved one!
